Chicken cooked until just tender with honey, lemon juice and lots of ginger and served with some leftover Jambalaya.

Chinese Radish Cake
A craving for egg custard tarts and char siu bau meant a trip to the local Chinese supermarket. we also bought some other items while we were there including some chinese radish (mooli), so last night I made some Chinese Radish Cake, which was first steamed and then cut into slices and pan fried. Delicious.
