Apologies for the poor photo quality, but my camera is rubbish and the lighting in my kitchen isn't great.We had this yummy braised pork and potato dish last night for dinner. It was made by the Hunny's mum and is what I would call a simple traditional homestyle Chinese dish. An old fashioned Chinese comfort food that reminds me of my childhood.

Yes we did! Although I think mum or dad used to make it with yams rather than potatoes.
